Tim Schley started Schley Buildings, Tim’s son Nick has worked with Tim since he was 6 years old. Nick's intentions are to continue the operations when Tim retires. Schley Buildings starts the relationship with a Customer by offering a quote that is custom built to their specific needs, at no charge, and before the sale of anything. This quote can take anywhere from 15 minutes to a month depending on the needs and options. Tim feels that this personal service and commitment to the Customer, even before a sale, is the key to building a long trusting relationship. Schley Buildings composes hundreds of quotes a year and all are free of charge, no matter how long it takes to complete. The commitment to this type of research in the quote stage guarantees that the Customer is getting the absolute best building for the absolute best price. We don’t care to do a “rough estimate”, we believe that whether we sell the building or not, it is worth our time and effort to be sure we are giving a fair and accurate price.

This philosophy carries over with all the materials used in erecting a Post Frame Structure, from the concrete pads in the ground to the Cupola’s on the top of the roof. Every worker on the crew takes pride in their work and understands how important is to the customer that their building be the best with no defects. The crew members also understand they are visitors on the customer's property and will respect it as if it were their own. The customer will NEVER find screws, nails or any other dangerous debris laying on the ground to be run over, have their pets get tangled in, or worse yet have one of their children or grandchildren injure themselves. The jobsite is kept clean at all times, not just at the end of the day or the end of the job.

Tim has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Final payment for the building is not collected until the building is 100% complete, the jobsite is 100% clean, and the Customer is 100% satisfied.
