A passion
for a top quality building at a fair price was the driving force
behind the establishment of Schley Building LLC in 1986.
The rural
Clintonville business, owned by Tim & Nick Schley, designs,
engineers and erects pole and post frame structures of all types,
including commercial, residential, agricultural, horse facilities,
heated shops, and hobby.
The business
has moved into a new office-shop at E10885 Eulrich Road, five
miles east of Clintonville. The new showroom will allow customers
to view products first hand. The warehouse is located at the same
site. Schley Buildings also has an office in Three Lakes. The
business covers much of the state.
Schley Buildings likes to keep pace with changes in the building
industry. Currently, the business uses glued-laminated columns
instead of poles, top quality steel and the best doors and windows
available at a fair price.
“We
strive to be the best builder of post frame structures in the
industry,” Schley said.
Tim and his
son, Nick, work closely along with their sub-contractors to be
sure the customer is getting a top quality building at a fair
price.
They describe
themselves as a “family-owned business with family values.”
They are adamant about taking control of every job and making
sure it is done correctly with 100 percent customer satisfaction,
including respect for the worksite, which means keeping nails
and other hazards cleaned up at all times.
To help grow
the business, Schley Buildings is a member of the Clintonville
Chamber of Commerce, National Frame Builders and the Wisconsin
Frame Builders. |
