Schley Buildings was started over 20 years ago by Tim Schley. Starting from incredibly young ages, both Tim's sons, Nick and Mike, have worked in the company. Although Mike has chosen another career path, Nick is working closely with Tim. Nick's intentions are to continue the operations when Tim retires. When asked his view of Nick's potential and the company's future, Tim replied, "It is the preciseness and excellence of Nick's work over the years that has helped the company grow to where it is today.
